  • I need a copy of my GenerationCharge invoice, where do I find it?

An invoice will be sent almost immediately after your order is made through If for some reason, you do not see the invoice appear in your email inbox within 2 hours, please check your “spam” folder.   • Where do I purchase replacement cables?

Individual replacement cables are available for almost all GenerationCharge stations. To purchase replacement cables for your station please contact us at and let us know what cables you need.


  • Where is my refund?

Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-7 business days after we receive and process your return. Please continue to be patient. We will send you an email confirmation once your return and refund has been processed.

Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
